Here are some key points to note:

Service Use:

    All users must accept and adhere to these terms. We reserve the right to approve or decline any order at our discretion.
    These terms may be updated periodically, so it’s a good idea to review them before each use. If significant changes are made during your rental period, we’ll notify you and give you the option to discontinue using the service before the updates take effect.

Light Wear and Tear:

    We understand that minor wear can happen! You won’t be charged for light wear and tear, such as:
        Small scratches on hardware, corners, or trims.
        Minor interior marks that can be cleaned easily.
    However, damage beyond this may result in charges. Further details on damage fees are provided below.

In Case of Loss or Theft:

    If your rental item is lost, stolen, or damaged due to fire or smoke, contact us immediately at oliviaogorman30@gmail.com.
    Theft must also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
    In these cases, you’ll be responsible for covering the full cost of the item. This amount will be deducted from your security deposit, with any remaining balance payable.

Caring for Your Rental:

To maintain the bag’s condition, please:

    Store it in the provided dust bag when not in use.
    Detach straps or charms and store them inside the bag.
    Avoid exposure to perfumes, body sprays, or fragranced items.
    Ensure makeup is sealed and stored properly to avoid spills.
    Keep the bag away from dirty or sticky surfaces.
Please refrain from cleaning the bag as certain products may not be appropriate and our bags will be cleaned appropriately when returned.
    Remember, the rental is for your personal use only and must not be transferred to anyone else during the rental period.

Security Deposit:

   A €200 security deposit is required for all rentals.
    This deposit will be refunded once the item has been inspected and approved after its return (typically within 1-2 working days).
     A €50 deposit is required for some of our bags and €100 deposit on other bags depending on the price point. Should repair exceed €50/€100, the remaining amount will be payable.

Late Returns:

    Rentals must be returned on time to avoid late fees:
        1 day late: €40
        2 days late: €100 (total for 2 days)
        Over 2 days late will result in the full cost of the item being charged.
    If you anticipate delays in returning your rental, please notify us at oliviaogorman30@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations:

    A 72-hour cooling-off period applies from the time you place your order. Cancel within this window to receive a full refund.
    Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Delivery and pick up:

We offer delivery throughout Ireland and we also offer a pick up and drop off service. Please email us on oliviaogorman30@gmail.com for more information on scheduling this service.

Returns Process:

    A pre-paid return label and instructions will be provided for sending your item back.
    Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag.
    Double-check for personal belongings left in the handbag before returning, as these remain your responsibility.
If you are returning your rental in person please contact us the previous day to select a time that suits.
